L&L Language is a company offering online and physical language courses. L&L Language processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide them yourself.
Below you will find an overview of the personal data that we process:
- First and last name
- Telephone number
- E-mail address
- Bank account number
Special and/or sensitive personal data
Our website and/or services do not intend to collect data about website visitors under the age of 16, unless they have permission from their parents or guardian. However, we cannot check whether a visitor is older than 16. We therefore advise parents to be involved in the online activities of their children, in order to prevent data about children from being collected without parental consent. Purpose and grounds of why we process personal data
L&L Language processes your personal data for the following purposes:
- To handle your payment
- To be able to call or e-mail you if this is necessary to be able to perform our services
- To inform you about changes to our services and products
- L&L Language also processes personal data if we are legally obliged to do so, such as information that we need for our tax return.
- To send information regarding our new courses
If you do not provide your data, we will not be able to optimally deliver our service to you.
Automated decision-making
L&L Language does not use automated decision-making.
Retention periods
The personal data described above is stored for as long as necessary to provide our services to you. After that, we keep your data for a maximum of 2 years for the purpose of information provision as described above. The data will then be deleted, unless there is a legal obligation that requires longer storage.
Sharing of personal data with third parties
L&L Language will not sell your personal data to third parties and will only provide this if it is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to keep track of how visitors use our website. We have entered into an agreement for the provision of the Processor Services with Google to make agreements about the handling of our data. Furthermore, we have anonymized the IP addresses.

This privacy statement does not apply to websites of third parties that are connected to our website by means of links. We cannot guarantee that these third parties will handle your personal data in a reliable or secure manner. We recommend that you read the privacy statement of these websites as well.
